Emovart lets you publish content from Notion as a hosted help center or documentation site. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and not to misuse or disrupt it.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you publish. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, cache and display that content to your readers. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you publish.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to publish unlawful content, infringe others' rights, attempt to breach security, or resell the service without authorization.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with notice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users or the service.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
